Whistling Frog

As part of my time at Northumbria University, this brief presented me with the task of building a botanical rum brand from given information (the brand name, and its location of origin).
Whistling Frog is a Dark Botanical Rum originating from Barbados, focused on providing the drinker with a long-perfected recipe, and a taste of the spiritual world.

Building the brand story from scratch, I wanted the bottle design and packaging to fit this built brand narrative and aesthetic. The label wouldn't just be a standard flat square design, but instead cover the whole bottle, with the 'smoke style' pattern allowing you to see the spirit inside (physically and metaphorically).
